The timeline of
our project was extremely short. We had a wet spring,
road restrictions were late being lifted and we
had committed our home for a tour to benefit Children's Hospital.
Several times you caution us to the near impossible timeline,
yet delivered one week in advance so that we could move into
the home and have things ready for the tour and the 2000 holiday
season. The timeline was nearly impossible, but you delivered
on our commitment, made us happy and helped earn thousands of

Of all the positive
attributes that might be described, the most important to us
was the value you added in our design/build process. Your
design and building modification recommendations throughout
the process added significant value to our completed home.
I must admit there were occasions that I felt a change order
or design alteration was frivolous. However, many of the
small things that you contributed during construction added
significant appeal and value to our home when it was completed.
You sincerely demonstrated a caring for the end product and
our happiness. The result was a more functional and attractive

Joe has tremendous "people
skills". He is approach-able and sincere, easy going but
yet able to command respect from the various construction people involved.
